CONTEXT

Klaviyo Reviews is an add-on product in the Klaviyo suite. At the time, only 2% of Klaviyo users used Klaviyo Reviews.
  1. For customers who use Klaviyo Reviews, how can Klaviyo Reviews make the rest of Klaviyo more powerful?

  2. For customers who don't use Klaviyo Reviews, what are some in-product opportunities where we can demonstrate the value of Klaviyo Reviews & cross-sell?

FEATURE #1

Easily pull reviews into email marketing

Before: Users had scroll through reviews, select a review, switch to the email editor, add a text block, paste the review in, and do a bunch of styling. This process could take 15-20 minutes.

After: Simply drag in a Review Quote block, which dynamically updates with real reviews & will automatically format your review for you,
